When I applied for the program in September 2021, I thought to myself, is this really going to work out and should I really be doing a Masters program while in my first year of teaching? I don’t know what convinced me to take that leap and start this program but I’m thanking myself for jumping in head first into the program.

ADL Journey Visual Presentation
In this assignment, I was able to consider how the COVA approach and the significant learning environment we have created in the ADL have aided you in your learning process.Also, I have summarized how I applied the COVA approach to creating significant learning environments that provide your learners with choice, ownership, voice, and authentic learning opportunities.
In this assignment, I compiled all the parts of my innovation project into a comprehensive section of your site.This allowed me to identify and reflect on all the components and work I have done so far on my innovation project.
5303 gave us the opportunity to create our eportfolio and blog. This was continually updated with every course.
5305 was the start of our innovation plan. We were able to create our

In 5302 we got to dive into the concept of a growth mindset and our views of learning. We were able to create a Growth Mindset Plan and a Learning Manifesto
In 5304 we were introduced to different influencer strategies and create the following assignments What's your"Why" and 4DX Plan Influencer Strategy
5313 taught us how to create an environment that meets everyone's needs. For the class assignments, we create our CSLE, Learning Philosophy,Developing a Growth Mindset, Aligning Outcomes, and our UbD Design
5389 was all about development. Professional development is a key factor in the implementation process. We were assigned to create an Alternate PL Outline, Call to Action, and a Professional Learning Strategy
5315 we learned how to effectively use measurement and assessment to expand our innovation plans. We created the following Action Research Outline,Measurement Strategy,,Measurement Strategy, and Assessing Digital Learning
5317 gave us the opportunity to create a publication and see how and what we needed to do to get it published. We create our own publication with these assignments. The publication outline, publication rough draft, and our final publication.
5318 brought to life our learning to a Learning Management System for our professional development plan. W e completed our Instructional Design, Implementation Design, and the Usability test.
5320 was a reflection about our ADL journey. We revisited our previous work throughout the course and developed a COVA Reflection, Innovation Update, and ADL Synthesis.
