This first eight week semester of Fall 2022 will be my last semester. That was the original plan, but I was not enrolled in one class that I needed to be in.So technically my group has finished the program and I still have my second eight weeks course ahead of me. I can see the light at the end of this tunnel and my goodness does that feel great! As for communication,I was fortunate enough to still be with my amazingly supportive group for 5318 that consisted of Kelven Wilson,Andrei Dobrodumov, Chastity Crissman, Andréa Harrell. I also am part of a larger group 5318 that consists of Charlie, Kelvin, Ileana, Erica, Andrea, Kim, Stephen, Karin, Pedro, Andre, and others.I was proud of myself for not hesitating to ask for help or advice from these individuals.That support system is like no other, especially when we all have busy lives away from our jobs and this program.

In the 5318 course, Our tasks were to create our plan to implement our innovation plan. Our first step was creating our professional development session and decide on what learning management system we would use for the train. Then, we had have the program finished in order to test it out. Our final assignment was to get stakeholders the opportunity to give feedback on our implementation and how to improve.

I was able to complete course work and assigned task on schedule. I can always improve in my feedback,I am just very hesitant to give constructive criticism , because I know balancing life, jobs and school aren't easy. I know someone took their time to do their best.
