Professional Development days can seem like a total waste of time if they don't get your attention within the first five minutes. Having a kinesthetic approach along with short content videos will intrigue the learners to try to do some of the learning themselves or maybe discover something that hasn't been introduced quite yet.Walk and talk gets the learners active as well as get other perspectives.Having a fun activity for example a cover page in an ePortfolio that is an "All About Me" will have learners explore the different ideas and opti9on they have to embed in the ePortfolio. Then when it comes time for more content specifics they will have already found the tools necessary to create.
