Perception of Growth Mindset

The power of yet...a three letter word that carries meaning beyond measurers. Yet is used as a term to almost achieve or on the right path to doing something. On the right track is better than being off track or being on no track.Having the power of yet allows one to open up for positive thinking instead of harping on the negatives like the challenges or set backs.Feedback can be a hard thing to receive but keeping in mind the job or position you are in can bring that focus away to negativity which is what a growth mindset would help steer clear of. No one wakes up one day with a completely developed growth mindset outlook. Just like anything else practice makes progress. I didn't say perfect at the end for a reason because one is constantly evolving and what does perfect standards even look like.Slowly adopting the mindset and being able to process and second guess your thinking is what it is all about to get into the mindset.
