Mistakes and Collaboration

We don't hear of people often wanting to be uncomfortable, but as humans we have to be ale to adjust in any given scenario and take away what we have learned from it.Being able to be coachable in an uncomfortable moment makes all the world of a difference.Being stubborn and not wanting to admit to mistakes will never get us anywhere. We are human and learn from these mistakes.It is also important to teach our students that it is okay. After all students help mold the teaching. If we assume our students are understanding everything and there is no questions asked about understanding, we will never gauge there actual learning until it comes to an assessment that everyone bombed. We as facilitators of learning have to be aware of the students perspective at all costs.
