Connecting the dots

Having the BHAG first introduced was a concept that I wasn't sure that I'd get the ideal concept with something being called HAIRY. After learning more on the topic, I realized having the end goal first let me know what was expected and how it was achievable.As educators we have to be able to allow connections to be able to help our kids learn and grow. Having peer interaction can help with student learning by hearing other ideas or interpretations of their peers.Aligning activities to the goal is an important factor to drive the progress of the learners.
