Embracing Change

Curiosity in the classroom probably makes my day. This shows me that students are engaged and have questions relating to the topic or even if its not related to the topic, it sparks conversation that will lead to connecting the dots. As a teacher of nine year olds I still get the chance to incorporate both formal and informal learning in the classroom. This age I believe is where they truly mature in their way of learning. That is why it is so important to me to capitalized every curiosity or question at any moment. The new century of teaching isn't just using a laptop. It is being able to incorporate authentic learning through technology ,while allowing students to still have the power of curiosity.
