This year was challenging due to the pandemic circumstances. We aren't able to magically eliminate the disadvantages but showing growth and progress help keep the student on track in developing a growth mindset. At all ages we receive feedback. How we handle the feedback is what leads to the outcome of our next actions. If we are able to exhibit and example for our students situations we can have a positive mindset, they will eventually pick up the habit for themselves as well.A growth mindset is a never ending process in teaching the process or even adopting the mindset. As humans we are revolutionizing before our own eyes. There will be time where we would want to shut out this mindset, but with enough practice we can make sure a shift of an outcome doesn't get in the way and over take our growth mindset approach.
